Delivery

We aim to deliver goods within 7 working days, although some products may take longer depending on production time.  All delivery is carried out throughout our distribution partner DHL.

Privacy Policy

For some services, Jax Printing may require your e-mail address or other personal information such as your name, company, etc. Providing us with this personal and identifiable information is, of course, optional. However, in some cases it may not be possible for us to provide the service in question without receiving specific information from you.

Cancellation Policy

All orders placed for printing can be cancelled at any time prior to the work being undertaken.  Any additional costs caused by cancellation once the work is underway will be paid by the client.

Return or Refunds

Returns will only be accepted for goods which do not conform to the original specification provided by the client.  Once goods have been accepted by the client they will no longer by eligable for a refund and will not be able to return their goods unless issues have been found where the work has been carried out incorrectly or standards have not been reached.  A claim for a refund must be made with 14 days.

Disclosure Of Data

Jax Printing will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information without your permission except under special circumstances, for instance if Jax Printing in good faith believes that the law requires disclosure. Any information collected by Jax Printing will be treated confidentially.

Financial Details

Jax Printing does not store financial details including credit card numbers or bank account details.  Credit and Debit Card numbers are used for the purchase and are not stored in any way by Jax Printing Ltd.
